Welcome to the Worcester Young Adult Catholic Ministry! If you are between the ages of 20 and 30 and are looking for a community of Catholic young adults, we welcome you to our group. Our focus is to be like Mary of Bethany, who sat at the foot of Jesus to listen to Him and follow in His ways. We want to grow in our faith as a community and strive toward becoming Saints. 

Our group consists of three aspects so that we can sit at the foot of Jesus. 

1. Formation: These nights will consist of a guest speaker, usually a priest or a religious person, to discuss a certain topic about our faith. Or we will have small group discussions about a topic with Q&A. 

2. Sacraments: On these nights, we will go to Mass, confession or adoration together. 

3. Social Events: At least once a month, we will have a group social event where we will play bingo or trivia, go to a Woo Sox game, or watch a movie together. These nights will sometimes fall on a weekend!

Each month, we will rotate through these different types of events to grow closer as a community and to God.

Our next event will be on September 17th. We will be going to the Woo Sox Games for 6:05. You can park near Polar Park or at Our Lady of Czestochowa. We will walk over around 5:30. Please bring a blanket to sit in the grass area on the General Section.

On October 1st, we will be meeting at Our Lady of Czestochowa for a Cardinal Virtue Night. This week we will be focusing on the virtue of Prudence. We ask that you please come prepared with a Bible Verse or Religion Writing that reminds you of the virtue of prudence. Together we will share our verses, similar to a Bible Study format.
