Welcome to the Worcester Young Adult Catholic Ministry! If you are between the ages of 20 and 30 and are looking for a community of Catholic young adults, we welcome you to our group. Our focus is to be like Mary of Bethany, who sat at the foot of Jesus to listen to Him and follow in His ways. We want to grow in our faith as a community and strive toward becoming Saints. 

Our group consists of three aspects so that we can sit at the foot of Jesus. 

1. Formation: These nights will consist of a guest speaker, usually a priest or a religious person, to discuss a certain topic about our faith. Or we will have small group discussions about a topic with Q&A. 

2. Sacraments: On these nights, we will go to Mass, confession or adoration together. 

3. Social Events: At least once a month, we will have a group social event where we will play bingo or trivia, go to a Woo Sox game, or watch a movie together. These nights will sometimes fall on a weekend!

Each month, we will rotate through these different types of events to grow closer as a community and to God.

Our next event will be on October 8th, we will be participating in the Forty Days for Life by praying the Rosary in front of Planned Parenthood on Pleasant St from 6:00 to 7:00PM. Please bring a rosary if you have one.

On October 15th we will be going to mass and adoration together. Time and Location are TBA.

On October 22nd, we will be at Our Lady of Czestochowa in Worcester to paint pumpkins from 7:00 to 9:00. We ask that you please bring your own pumpkin and any crafting supplies you wish to use. Paint and brushes will be provided.
