Summer Volleyball League
- 2026 Volleyball Season Information
  
  2026 Registration Information
  
  Registration is now OPEN for the 2026 Diocesan Summer Volleyball League! All parishes are invited to form a team of youth (*current 7-12th graders) and compete with others from around the Diocese. Cost to sign up is $375/team. Deadline to sign up is May 15th.
  
  *7-12th grade in the CURRENT 2025-2026 school year
  
  2025 League Schedule
  The league will once again run on Monday evenings beginning June 8th and going through mid-August. The complete schedule will be made available after registration closes.
  
  Game Sites
  We are working on finalizing all the game sites and will have that available soon!
  
  How to Register
  Registration is done through team registration. Teams are registered as parishes and compete against other parishes throughout the season. To register a team, please complete the following:
  
  1. Team Registration Form *online due 5/15
  2. Roster Form due at first game (additions to roster can be made during the first 2 weeks of the season)
  3. Pastor Acknowledgement *online due 5/15
  4. Child Release Form (participants under 18) due at first game
  5. Adult Release Form (coaches and participants over 18) due at first game
  6. CORI (completed by all coaches) due 5/15
  7. Code of Ministerial Conduct (completed by all coaches) due 5/15
  
  Deadline to register a team is May 15th. See below for links to all of the forms.
  
  *Don't have enough players from your parish to form a team? No worries! You can also team up with other parishes to form a combined team. Or, contact Tim Messenger at [email protected] for assistance in finding another parish(es) to combine with.

  RELEASE FORMS
  ALL release forms MUST be completed by COACHES and PLAYERS and submitted on-site before playing the first game. Coaches and players will NOT be allowed to participate if their forms have not been received.
  
  SAFE ENVIRONMENT
  Every coach and assistant are now required to be compliant with Diocesan Safe Environment Policies, which include the following three:
  
  1. CORI
  CORI forms are now filled out every year. If you just completed one for basketball, you are all set. The CORI form needs to be filled out AND sent to our office with a copy of your license. Please make sure the LAST 6 digits of your Social Security number is on the form.
  
  2. Ministerial Code of Conduct
  The Ministerial Code of Conduct form only needs to be filled out once and kept on file at the coaches/assistants parishes.
  
  3. Online Safe Environment Training
  Safe Environment Training only needs to be done once and on record at our Office for Healing & Prevention. If anyone needs Safe Environment Training, email Cathaleen Peloquin at [email protected] and ask for the link to take the online training.
